Refunds and swaps 🔄

We want you wearing this thing, not arguing with us about it. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll sort it out. 🧗

📦 Showed up damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered? That one's on us. Send a photo and we'll get a new one out.

📏 Wrong size? Reach out within 30 days and we'll swap it, as long as it's unworn and unwashed. The fitted cut catches people out — we'd rather fix it than have it live in a drawer.

✉️ To start, email us at hello@hesheclimb.com with your order number and what went wrong. A photo helps if it's a print issue.

⏳ Requests need to be in within 30 days of purchase. We may update this policy from time to time — the version on this page is always the current one.

🧼 And give the care instructions a look. Cold wash, low dry. It'll outlast the project you're currently failing.
